This notice announces: a seminar presuming Questions before anything like Answers, on the all too human aim for that which transcends the human, the transcendental, that which Kant proved to be the unknowable, yet ?proof? for Kant's Categorical Imperative; all of this smack smack smacks of religion, oppressively dominant in the USA Untied Snakes of Amnesia with the various social clubs who Klan Christianity so-called. Here, here I utter the more public Proclamation/Kerugma of this Sin against the Transcendental, this huddle of churchy hovels who are warmed so warmed by their sure fantasies to keep themselves warm, and I
care for none of those things;
Too too usually, that which has pertained to Jesus has been bound into a certain dogmatics; one is "taught religion" and the one-taught will have to do yes-saying or be punished as pariah, heretic, outcast. And in this way, a merry way known and given smiles by Magisteria like the sundry ortho Sunday School teachers, great cruelty comes to be associated and reserved for those underlings, a far cry-- in the case of my Teacher Jesus-- from the priority given underlings over the Sunday School teaching elites, who are still IN GREAT ABUNDANCE AROUND AND WITHIN OUR MIDST.
The Magisterium requires belief, the tremulous One called Messiah requires kindness, the first and probably-- I think-- the only heaven.
I believe! But my beliefs are tentative: any inference requires, first of all, the setting of a null hypothesis as response and follow-up of one's cute first hunch(es). The progression of findings if not not true, that is, not false, gives a breathing space to HOLD The Tentative.
I wish to use the seeking of the not not true, the not false, in the same way that monks of the Middle Ages-- when reasonable-- would contend for that status verus permitting no middle condition; the same is the rationalism of the Renaissance and the Enlightenment, in which we still abide yes thrive.
The Jesus Movement, the term I prefer and proffer over what term Christianity has been, diluted to pablum, is a social event from the First Century CE to this moment suggesting either a darkening before Storm or a Twilight. I think I, as one well cauterized with the poisons of belief, meaning belief before factfinding or perhaps finding facts BUT TO SUPPORT BELIEF NOT THE BULLY BULLY BULLS OF PONTIFICATORS; I shall try ongoingly to eschew any beliefs but the tentatives, and then with much cold stare at this sociology, the social force started by Jew Jesus, and occasionally practiced-- no thanks whatsoever to Believers @ Sunday School's Magisterium-- by those who Love first and Believe far beyond the caution-light yellow of 13th place on a real priority list.
I find Lies passing as Transcendentals, of Caprice passing for Categorical Imperatives. I have to think with many Questioners that matters belied by lies deserve no allegience, BUT PERHAPS THERE IS A KIND KIND WHO-- AND FOR-WHOM OTHERS-- practice preachings beliefs de-damned. I vow to find Lies in the Magisteria, every Magisterium, and with the corrective Klorox antiseptics place a value system that will get us beyond Painless Heaven and the Hell of having to obey that which belies;
In all ways, when I have studied to a point where lesson can be given, I shall by this exploration conduct a Class; the Class is seminar, and has been silent and slowly gathering tidbits of inquiry by critical thinking. The Class is Critical Thinking re/about the Jesus Movement, warts and all besought as with the proven state of Sin where all Saints do an occasional genocide, where the discomfited Tyrants of Magisterium will inevitably fart out SOMETHING REDEEMABLY GOOD, for a change.
My own fumblings in this regard also have Sin-Original, empirically proven: certainly I perforce of my history have to concede that my holiest inspirations, my so so pretty prophecies and crusades need to be jailed; I must DO JUSTICE LOVE MERCY AND WALK HUMBLY and quit this delusion My Positive Theology psychosis, and merely be kind; all other approaches to Magisterium then have to be QUESTIONED before opining probably silly answers.
